Last Word

  • The Archivist Studios and Shoppe 805 South Meridian Street Indianapolis, IN, 46225 United States (map)

"What does the phrase “last word” mean? What does it mean to have the last word? Is it something heard, said, or read? What does it mean to be the last word? Language can be so elusive; what do the artists tell us?

The Archivist presents an exhibit of artworks by Hoosier artists working in various mediums titled Last Word. This group of individual artists use their skills, talents, and thoughtfulness to help us see what “Last Word” means to them. What might the collective exhibit inspire in you?
